This starter kit provides everything you need to start a Bike Bus or Walk Bus in your neighbourhood. Make it easy and fun to choose biking or walking to get to school as a one-time event or regular activity!

Community Events During
Sustainable Transportation Week 2025
Community events are taking place across the Fundy Region during the same week as Sustainable Transportation Week. These local initiatives offer great opportunities to get involved and explore alternative ways of getting around!
2nd annual Rothesay Wellness Fair
When: Monday, June 2, 2025
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: Rothesay High School Gym, 61 Hampton Road, Rothesay
Discover health screenings, engaging info booths, raffle draws, giveaways, and snacks. Don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food item to support the Kennebecasis Valley Food Basket.

Clean Air Day Free transit

Where: City of Saint John (free public transit)
Join the City of Saint John in celebrating Clean Air Day by taking advantage of free public transit. It’s a great way to reduce emissions and enjoy a cleaner community!

Grand Bay-Westfield 2025 Bike Rodeo
When: Saturday, June 7, 2025
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Where: River Valley Community Centre, 749 River Valley Drive,
Bring your bike and helmet for a fun, free event focused on bike safety, with interactive stations, safety talks, a BBQ, and great prizes. Perfect for youth and families!
